Hussein Abdala is a music producer, composer, multi-percussionist, rhythm maker & DJ, he plays more than 30 percussion instruments. With an artistic career of more than 23 years, and after being part of music bands, orchestras, and musical productions of more than 90 artists of different nationalities and genres, this Barranquilla, based out of the United States, released his musical proposal: Colombia en la street. He brings sounds from the Colombian Caribbean to the world. This journey takes him to the most iconic cities in the USA as New York, Miami, Wynwood, Hollywood beach, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Santa Monica beach, Charlotte, and Asheville (NC).
Now, with his most recent musical album, he is positioning himself in the main cities in his home country, Colombia. This musical proposal and performance are about a staging that mixes up the rhythm of the Caribbean with world music, electronic beats, and urban sounds, originating new rhythms like bullerengue-trap, cumbia-trap, cumbia-hip hop, chalupa-ragga, and cumbia house, Latin house, montuno hip-hop, electro Latino, mapalé-trap, Porro-trap, nu-discumbianti amongst many more.

At 11 years old, Hussein had his first massive presentation in the Barranquilla Carnival, in the year 2000, during an exceptional performance with El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico. From then on, he has worked with great Colombian exponents like Joe Arroyo, Fonseca, Juanes, Juan Carlos Coronel, Charlie Zaa, Alberto Barros, Silvestre Dangond, Jorge Celedón, Lizandro Mesa, Alfredo Gutierrez, Peter Manjarrés, among others.

At 22, Hussein decided to create new paths for himself. He arrived in the United States, shaping up a solid career as a percussionist and producer while simultaneously becoming a resident in the country due to his talent. He went on to be part of the musical ensembles of very renowned artists like Andrea Bocelli, Kany Garcia, David Bisbal, Willy Chirino, Oscar D´ Leon, Luis Enrique, Arturo Sandoval, Jose Alberto el Canario, Chino y Nacho, Servando y Florentino, Elastic Bond, Zion y Lennox, Arcángel, and others. Additionally, Hussein Abdala is a two-time Latin Grammy-nominated artist.
